1. Shipping Method and Costs

We offer Standard Shipping for our orders.

Standard Shipping Fee: $20
Estimated Delivery Time: 7–15 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, and carrier operations.

2. Order Delivery Times

Most orders are delivered within 7–15 working days. However, occasional delays may occur during transit due to carrier issues, customs inspections, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your order takes longer than expected, we kindly ask for your patience while the shipment is in transit.

If you experience a delay or need an update on your shipment, please contact our support team at support@steelheavens.com. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier and do our best to help resolve the issue and get your parcel delivered as soon as possible.

3. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

Steel Heavens is a USA-based brand. Orders shipped to customers within the United States are not subject to additional import duties or customs charges payable by the customer under our standard domestic shipping arrangements.

For international orders shipped outside the United States, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges vary depending on the destination country's regulations and may be based on the item's value and type, package weight and dimensions, country of origin, and applicable local taxes and duties.

Please check your country's import regulations before placing an order, as these charges are not included in our standard shipping fee.
